7 140 years of Askania and 90 years of the AVUS This is a very special year for us and all Askanians, as the seemingly forgotten brand is now almost as alive as it always has been. It can again be seen in the cinema and in television features on the wrists of stars and celebrities, in restaurants, on aeroplanes – Askania timepieces can even be found in the most remote corners of the world. Made in Germany, or rather made in Berlin.
